They are old, Mark. Those women you were looking at this morning were probably "captured by Google" anything from days to months ago. At the time you posted it, it was 7am-ish here in Florida, so it would have been about 4am in California. They were definitely not out there sunbaking then.

On the map there are streets and streets you can visit
and pan the image around in 360 degree's.
