The order system just keep showing "Can't process" or blank page at https://www.infopop.com/order/pay_license_new.cgi.

Could anyone help me to finish the order? Thank you.

Ok, glad you were able to get through. All of the orders go through a standard approval process to help prevent any fraud, but normally it doesn't take too long.
