Rick, I've been meaning to ask for a while. I'm pretty sure our membership has run out (especially since we got an email saying so ) - but every time I try to renew it tells me that I don't need to renew.

I went to open a support ticket, and it told me my membership is expired. So I tried again to renew it, and this time it let me.
