In ubb classic there was an option in someone's profile to disable private messaging for that specific user. I had to use this feature sometimes for people who where harassing others. I cannot find this option in ubb threads. The only somewhat feature I could find was the setting: "Accept Private Messages?". Disabling this, did not gave me the wanted effect. I am hoping one of you can tell me where this feature can be found. Sometimes people has to be restricted in what they can do.

p.s. I would like to have more control on who can do what (like create events on the calender, can use the shoutbox,could change there displayname, etc). Is there any way to set these kind of permission per user / user group?

As for the pm's, this is a new feature for threads in 7.2 The public beta is in the members area.

The option exists in 7.2 however in 7.1 this doesn't exist, not directly at least... In 7.0-7.1.1 you can select a user as "under aged" and they won't be able to pm.
