Feedback on support or the product itself is fine. If you have legit feedback from a client that you've installed it for, then that works as well.

Heh I'll talk to some clients on Monday with 7.2final is released (was hoping for it last night) and tell them about leaving feedback for threads.

I posted this on my Groupee account over the weekend:

"Late on Friday night I registered a domain. Then I placed an order for my second UBB license. Less than 12 hours later on Saturday morning, I had an email from the Groupee sales department that contained my license info. I wasn't expecting this until after their office opened up on Monday.
