yeah, that's per topic. Maybe I have a bit of a math problem. It's set to 3, but maybe the code is < 3. Will check that.

I was using the "Edit" then the image manager which listed (0) files.

Not such an issue for many sites I'm sure, but with the amount of SPAM and PORN out there these days I'm sure some people are clueless and will post inappropriate material.

It goes through the standard posting script, so it should, though that's one thing I haven't tested yet. But I will.
