Devs always quiet

Mark, it didn't used to quiet over there. It used to be busy, busy, busy. Not sure what's going on though.

Information Overload - I think most sites are way down on activity as there are more places now days for people to go for information and general chatting.

We used to have upwards of hundred+ NEW posts plus replies each day and you just couldn't keep up. Now we're lucky to get a couple new posts a day.

Once in a while things pick up and we get maybe a dozen a day, but rarely these days.

My site went awfully quiet a while ago ... so much so I started to panic, but I couldn't think why. But within a couple of weeks it was right up there again - I think there are natural cycles.

Was this before or after classic became threads?

Constant effort to keep members intrested as they dont always entertain themselves like we do lol...

Were all good at keeping this topic alive lol..


It was mentioned in another thread by gizmo one of the reasons why dev and the other sites went quiet, but there on the up as more people get involved and learn the new software inside out

I dont use the shout box as IE hangs
well it used too and never got around to turning the right coloum on again lol

As I am driving to Durham tomorrow (5 hr drive) I will not be posting much for the next 2 days - therefore I have to concede that Mark will beat me to 2,000
