What is an example of that? I put in a new folder, did not work, is it where the installer is? Or where you want the folder to be???

I think that the base url is a relative url, whereas the full url would be the full url...

If your getting an error or a blank screen at the time of installation just put the FULL url in both and ignore the error. I think it was bugged when I tried it. There is a full and base url bug that was affecting me in the beginning.
