A little more information please.

I notice you have only one post here - so was it a fresh install?
Or perhaps an upgrade?

Can you give a sequence of events?

Ok, I tried it again--three times and it didn't work. However, upon the 4th try, I realized I was deleting the "INSTALL.html" file only, and not the full "Install" directory. After I nixed the directory after install, I could log-in NP.
