Link is still valid here from the US

Not sure if there is some type of filtering/blocking as often when posting things here in the US others from Europe complain they can't access it.

Maybe the .divx extension is not liked by your browser. Maybe try another machine or another browser or both.

Windows Media Player will play DivX files. You just need to download and install the DivX Codec first.

the random jibberish is actually the content of the video, your browser just isn't putting together that it's actually a video ;)... Likely you may not have the divx codec installed, or windows media player just isn't cooperating ;\)
