There are a lot of Jeep forums on the net, but most try to cover all the different model Jeeps and they get too clogged and confusing. I have used UBB to create a forum for Wrangler YJ (1987-1995) owners.

It's new and only has a few members, but I started advertising on Google and it's picking up about 2 members a day!! :-)

You forum would get used move if the link wasn't at the very bottom of the page. It also would look better if you hadn't mutilated the copywrite at the bottom of the forum.
