Now it's moved (Yey, I'm a mod in admin zone lol).

As for the issue at hand, I don't have much experiance with UBB.threads; but out of curiosity, what browser are users using that are recieving this error? is it every user?

It is usually down to firewalls such as Nortons, has been an issue for a number of years.

However I think this is down to Norton and similar rather than threads.

I wonder if any of you can help me . . .

What's invovoled in getting version 7 or 6.5.5. ? What's the cost of each? Is the subscribe/unsubscribe function working in both versions? Apparently, we've never had a version in which it works consistently.

Finally, what does it cost to have someone install it and how do we purchase a newer new version?

've not had a problem wiht the subscriptions in 7.

As for costs, it depends... You get access to both 6.5.5 and 7.x with a current member area subscription; so a renewal may be in order to get there; that's like $99.

As for upgrading, well, you could pay someone (such as myself, or groupee, etc) to do it for you; which would vary.

There is no need to purchase a new version - upgrades are always free - however you do need an active support subscription to enable downloads of the latest version.

It is not compulsory to pay this each year, and you need only pay when you wish to download the latest version.

7.3 is around the corner, so you might wish to upgrade to that once it is released, which should be early in the new year (it will be available as a private beta in the next few days)

Heeeyy, Okay!!

We can definitely do $99. To fix this problem.

How much to have you do this wonderful thing for us? What other problems could arise as a result of upgrading?
