Can someone assist with this?

1. How do I change the font properties for the text body of a message post?

2. Also, how do I turn off "show subforums" on the main category pages, i.e., so you cannot view a forum's subforums in the forum description / summary?

3. How do I make the page title that appears at the top of internet Explorer dynamic, i.e., having the same title as the message post title?

Thanks!

bryan

1) Not 100% sure what you mean here.

An end user can control the style /colour etc via the 'full' reply screen.

However, if you are looking to change the 'default' appearence, then go to Admin CP > Display Options > Styles There, you will be able to alter the CSS.

2) I'm not sure that this is possible. I may be corrected though. ;\)

Just seen your edit...

re the 'dynamic' header, mine already does that, and it's an 'out of box' solution - no mods.

Yours doesn't?

No, mine does not do this. Maybe an older version? Which version do you have?

Thanks.

You are a couple of versions behind - I would recommend upgrading to 7.2.2 as several issues have been fixed since 7.0.1 \:\)

How hard is it to re-customize my styles and all my other stuff if I upgrade? I'm not a techie so I am a bit scared.

Can you allow people to sign up for email subscription and response to the forums in the new version? Many of my users want this.

There are not massive changes in they styles, and headers/footers etc., should remain intact.

Yes, users can subscribe to forums and threads and receive those via email in the same way as they can get PM's via email.

Can the users also send messages to the forum via their email without interacting on the web?
