I believe the current work on importers are waiting on 7.3, which is currently in Private Beta (from Alpha).

i had the importer for fbb -> ubbt 7.2 @ 60%, then stopped to wait for 7.3..

i should be able to get to it, now that 7.3 is stabilizing

The vBulletin importer isn't finished yet, but should be finished shortly. As for a FusionBB importer, you might have to wait until UBB.threads version 7.4.
