7.3 not support Chinese !?
Preview OK , but post becomes bad codes.



是 65nm 的 Merom 而不是 45nm 的 Penryn。(乍聽之下讓人感到手心有點熱熱的...)

那究竟是為啥可以弄的那麼小?據 AnandTech 報導,可能的原因是在,蘋果 "請" Intel 把原本是要用在 Montevina 平台上的微縮封裝技術,提前用在 MBA 的 CPU 上頭。這技術的特色,主要就是可以把很多東西跟 CPU 封裝成一塊比較小的板子(這是個相當簡單且籠統的說法,細節請參考引用來源),就如同上圖所見,左邊是傳統 Merom 處理器的封裝大小。

整體而言,加上了這塊 Intel 965GMS 顯示晶片,能夠讓核心/運算平台的部份就少了 60% 左右的體積;此外所採用的 Merom 處理器耗電功率約為 20W,則是介於一般 Merom 筆電耗電的 35W 以及 ULV 版 Merom 的最低 10W 間,所以也應該會比較涼一點才是。

If you changed it to UTF-8 it probably would. This site is not UTF-8. Threads does support it I believe.

It works correctly.

I remember that in this site , it supported Chinese preview/posting in 7.2.2

Look like UBB is using at some point htmlentities to convert chars to HTML entities. The best way to convert all charsets properly is using htmlspecialchars instead.

You know, I talked to IanS about that some time ago; and he agreed that htmlspecialchars vs htmlentities is the way to go; I was thinking we all decided that route...

Don't have the script files in front of me right now to validate though

I think Ian made a lot of his updates on 7.0, so it's possible it was fixed in 7.2 but not presant in 7.3...
