I think it's just an offer of support in the arabic language forum (which we don't have) or possibly to start his own support forum with infopops blessing.

With 7.3 you can copy permissions from an existing forum, so it would not be that hard to copy permissions etc.

Agreed. I suppose there is such a thing as being too 'feature rich'.

Some admin panels are tricky enough navigate as it is.

Yes - but the more you add, the more complicated it gets.

Not to mention, the more things that could go wrong, and the more features you have to re-test when you add new stuff (you know, to make sure you didn't b0rk things)
