I wonder if anybody runs the PHP Forum on PgSQL?

I am missing the pgsql.inc.php file and would appreciate if someone could tell me on how I

can optain it. I did move from the Perl version that was using PgSQL to PHP but my data

were all in PgSQL. I just can't find the information what should be in the pgsql.inc.php file.
