Once I get my copy of the PHP Beta version (which will be as soon as it comes out) I'll make any necessary changes to my installation script for the PHP version. Right now it only creates config.inc.php and theme.inc.php for you but shortly it'll allow you to create the tables needed for W3T. That'll be in the downloadable version. I'll probably host this first version on my web server.
