I can not get the upload button to show up in the personal settings. I put in the right URL path and yes the full path tested fine. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong here?

In theme settings, is "Allow users to add a picture to their profile" set to "yes"?

Is the PHP configuration parameter file_uploads enabled?
