It is a bit strange/funny in that 2 countries, just next to each other handle "language" so differently.

I think a dutch control panel would mean absolute horror to the average dutch UBB.threads admin. Even a dutch frontend looks a bit strange to me, and maybe 20-30 users max. use our dutch language file.
