What kind of support do we get with the basic license these days?

Used to be that we got unlimited support via e-mail and this forum

I just saw the pricing and it says "No advanced support included"

How is it and how does it work?
Looks like asking questions on this forum is more like asking for favors than asking for support...

You will always have access to basic support via the forums and Support Tickets. This covers probably 95% of all support that we do.

Advanced support is only required if there is an issue where we need to FTP into the site and fix an issue or do some other type of work.
