Just wanted to report that there is a bug in verson 7.0.2 whereby the limit doesn't work and users can add pretty much unlimited amounts of users to their PMs.

Is this an old issue that has long been fixed and is not a problem in 7.3?

According to the changelog it seems to have been addressed ("Maximum number of people that can be invited to a private topic")
