I will buy today if you have what I need.

So far I can't tell.

I don't see blogging and it's non-intuitive how to load pictures.

Also, I would want to have picture albums and lift the size restrictions.

You can designate particular forums as photo galleries, like this one.

Version 7.3 should be released soon, after Rick squishes some last minute bugs. Blogging features should be released in the next version, 7.4 hopefully, so you'd have to wait a bit for that.
