I am getting a dozen Spam registrations a day. They all have my Yahoo email address.

Here is an example

navypower839@ yahoo.com New Registration: AlurneypeAbup

In addition to CAPTCHA:

Enable Email Verification? YES
Require a Unique Email per Account? YES

You could also add that admins need to approve new accounts.. so you don't have to delete the members that look like obvious spam accnts..

I have UBB.classic™ 6.7.3 and I don't see anything like CAPTCHA on the Basic Options page

I have this checked, but how are they getting to the board? Seems like they are boogus names from all over the world.

If they are all arriving with the same email address..., isn't there a duplicate email check with classic?

So a unique email address is required.

I started having the same problem with Classic. I can tell you, since I upgraded to Threads, I've had very few spam registration attempts, and ZERO get by me and actually get approved.
