After the Upgrade to 6.5.5. the search doesn´t work.

This is the Error message:

It´s an issue with the database but I do not really understand what is exactly wrong....

It sounds like either a corrupted file (you might try and re-upload search-related /scripts and /templates) or your version of MySQL - is your MySQL at at least version 4?

Yes, the Version of the Server is 4.0.25 - so it should be work.
You mean the script "dosearch.php" is corrupt and also the "dosearch.tmpl" ???? Or should be some more related files??

It looks like the limit is missing, the query ends with:

ORDER BY B_Posted DESC LIMIT

You should check the Search settings in the control panel and make sure there is a maximum results per search setting.
