First time working with UBB.threads.
I don't seem to have the Setup Wizard on a new install of 7.3
Does anyone know why. I am worried if I don't have this file may others are missing.

Do you have a directory within your ubbthreads titled "install"? If not, you need to upload that to your server.

If it's a brand new install, run install.php. If it's an upgrade, run upgrade.php. Both of these files are in that directory.

The setup wizard is missing from 7.3.

Hi I ran the install and there was no setup wizard. I went back and looked and even though the instructions said there is a file called wizard.php it was not there.

With the new permission system, we couldn't get the setup wizard properly working for 7.3 but forgot to note that in the instructions. Basically all it did was allow you to create your initial categories and forums, so you're not going to actually miss anything.

Once you login to the control panel you can create your categories and forums in the Category and Forum Management areas.
