All of a sudden, today, my quick reply button in the private message section only allows you type in an area about 1 inch by 1 inch. I've done nothing today but log in and check the board. Any help appreciated.

I'd check your includes directory. It sounds like your config file is a bit out of whack. You might need to go through all of the control panel settings and check to make sure everything is set properly.

I discovered this is 7.3 - lost various settings within my config.

Had to re-input them.

Make sure that you have the right permissions for the config include files as well.

Okay, so....my question is....why would this just suddenly happen? Is this something I'm going to have to keep after from time to time? I don't have a clue how to go in and do what you folks are suggesting. I thought after the initial install as long as I didn't go in and muck with anything code wise, I'd be fine. Unfortunately, this is not been the case. Thanks for the help.
