It would be a good idea if the image names weren't hardcoded into scripts, and spread all over the place.

I updated my threads to use PNG images today, and I needed to change not only templates, but scripts, libs includes and even javascript files. There was also at least one admin script that needed change. Even for images that there was image upload functionality for I had to modify code.

It would be nice if there was a centralized list of all the image names that could be easily updated. This could then be used in the entire system.

did you re-hardcode them to the PNGs or did you make it flexible ? laugh

we could all benefit, if you did it the way you are suggesting it be done wink

Unfortunately I didn't have time to fix it properly, so I just changed to PNG in all the files.
