on my server i have one forum already installed but i like to create new one so i have two running from this server is this possible? if so how

sure, just create another MySQL DB or use the same MySQL DB, but have a different table prefix when you install.

also, if forum 1 is at something like http://yoursite.com/forums , you'll need to have a different base_url of something like http://yoursite.com/community or whatever.

also, i'd suggest you have a different cookie prefix, when you admin the forum and you are good to go

Also, you should be sure that you have one ubb license per installed instance; IE, if you have two installs, you have to have two licenses.

It's something that's asked during the installation and something you cannot change afterwards.

As I recall, that's done in the installation procedure.
