I have a moderator that just got a new Blackberry and she keeps getting a UBB error every time she tries to log in. I use my iPod Touch without any difficulties. Is there anything I can do to help her? I'm assuming it's the settings on her end?

Could you enlighten us as to what the error is?

I can access the UBB just fine from a PSP for what its worth

Problem solved! Her blackberry was automatically doing the first letter of her password as uppercase. She changed her Password and it's now working!
