7.4 is out, no blogs yet.

The current 7.4 was assigned its version identification as 7.3.2 had too many "features" and "updates" to be reguarded a "bugfix" release; thus blogs are still planned for the "next" major version

Additional post islands

How about an icon in your post editing screen for ' inserting a page ', meaning you enter the URL and you get to see the whole page laid out in your post and not just a ' hyper link ' in your post but the actual page rendered within your post.

Is there anyone can tell me if there would be any performance related issues with allowing a web page to be loaded within a post - as a new feature ?

If so would it be feasible to limit this to say one such post to a thread page, so if a thread has 8 pages thus far, then say allow one per each page, or simply limit it to the person who starts the thread.

I'd like to see a simple matrix-page where I can manager ALL of my custom islands.

Example:

Forums down the first column
and
Island names across the top.

Then I can click in the proper cell to show/not-show the island.

Using this, I could easily change the islands that are posted on a frequent basis. Also can see which is the LAST forum that still is showing one, before I edit it.
