Just wondering if any one is interesting in selling their UBB license...I am interested in buying one assuming used lic will be cheaper for me (similar to VB)

(I'm not having a go at anyone...)

I'm just a little confused as to why anyone would sell a licence of this sort?

Except for Gold, the licence is yearly (right?).

...and it's quite normal in most licence agreements for things to be 'non-transferable' (is that right?)

...so confused confused

Member Area Access is yearly; licenses never expire.

Selling your license however is against the license agreement.

Buying a license with expired Member Area access would also be pretty useless. Buying one with current Member Area access would probably not be inexpensive.
