Seems to me, the philosophy should be to load up common.css 1st, then the specific stuff afterwards.

right now, common.css is last and we lose all the individualization of what the 'C' in cascading style sheets is all about..

can we change the order in header.tpl for 7.3.2 ? or is there a philosophical reason to load common.css last ?

I'd like to see it load first, that way I can override it via stylesheets lol...

that's the way cascading works! i think it's an oversight for stock header.tpl..
