Whenever I have a complaint about something on the board it ALWAYS seems to be coming from someone that is using IE. Why is this?

Probably because it's the least w3c compliant browser? Well that's what I keep hearing.

...and the most used browser, being as it comes out of the box with windows.

It's odd, but I very rarely get complaints.

What version are you using? What sort of complaints are you getting?
