As long as all of the files are on the new server and the files are from a 6.7.x version of UBB.classic, yes.

Rick, I have installed the UBB threads 7.3.1 on a dedicated IIS server. Now I need to import my UBB classic 6.7.2 runs on Apache to the new IIS server.

So I have to copy all the files of the UBB classic 6.7.2 to the new IIS server and run the classic_import.php from UBB threads by providing the directory paths of the UBB classic.

Am I correct Rick????????

migration plan is the following
1- migrate from ubb classic to phpbb 2
2- then upgrade from phpbb 2 to phpbb3
3- convert phpbb3 to vb forums or what ever

Its a forum with a UBB classic 6.7.3 flavor and wanting to go to vBulletin.

Can the database let alone threads be converted?

It really is something you should take up with the vBulletin or PHPBB folks; as it'd be an upgrade path using 3rd party importers...
