Everything has been running smoothly for 4 months now and all of a sudden today at around 2:30pm I go to log on and I get a message from hosting company saying that I've exceeded my CPU Limit. confused

I call the company and they say that my databases are going crazy and that "something" on the forum must be causing it. The only thing that I added was I embeded a map from Frappr.(Over 2 weeks ago by the way) The rep seemed to think that removing the post would stop this issue. So, he goes into my Cpanel on the site and deletes that post. Now ever since then, rather than getting a CPU Limit Error on my site. I now get this message and of course it's now "out of their hands". mad

Close Board and then run a repair table. Not sure which exactly. This error comes from a corrupt table.

If you have PHPMyAdmin, run CheckTable (extended) and it'll tell you exactly what the problem is.

As stated by Zarzal, repairing the table should fix the issue.
