Well, some of you know of the whole fiasco I just ended with my brother living off of me for months... Well, I found out what is wrong with my TV!




Evidently he got peeved on CoD4 (you know, he did play it 16+ hours a day for 5 months on the TV in my office...) and threw his controller through the TV...

It wouldn't turn on so diagnostics where nil... Well, I finally get it to kick over and this is what I see lol...

Did you through him through the wall? I would have, literally.

No, I figured, i gave him enough chances in life, that throwing a controller through my tv while he was likely supposed to be sitting with my son was the last draw; last thing i need is my son learning things like that... the language was bad enough... having to raise $1200 for a new TV is just something I didn't have in mind with bills and medical issues lol...

BTW, it WAS a 46" LCD TV... The cost of a replacement screen? $1800... Yeh, I think I'll just buy a new one for $1200 lol; when money permits (which likely won't be till taxes in Feb...)

Lol on that note... I'm selling my PS3+ Games ($300), PSP+ Game ($150), Snowboard ($200), Desk ($50) on craigslist right now; wish me luck on my "lets buy a tv" fund...

Here I was hoping to blow my tax refund on a new stove lol...

Though, now that I don't have a 32 year old mouth to feed and clothe I guess I'll have a LITTLE bit more money each month... at least $50 lol...

Is that crack not visible when it's switched off then?

Correct; when it's "off" it looks fine, no blemishes...

When it's on, you can see the gigantic crack lol...
