Anyone know of some sort of language / text translator that I can use to make new language stuff for my forums.

The problem is that I do not know other languages and most of my users, who primarily speak English, don't understand English.

I want to make a Spanish Language Pack and make it the default for like a few days not allowing any other languages for the software to give them a hint to read directions or suffer in the long run.
