I just did the upgrade from 7.1 to 7.3.1
I have this routine that every month I upgrade the new members that have post from "new User" to "Users".
I try to do that then I realized that "users" group is not available on the list to ADD on the "Change Groups" (membersaction.php).
All other groups are there but "Users".

Am I missing something?

I may not understood the new way the 'users' are being held on the new version.
Looks like I can't remove the users from that group.
Is there any explanation on how the groups work?
I like the feature where I can move to/from groups when the users reach certain post count and I will use that feature, but how can I remove the user from the previous group?
Like:
on registration = newuser
after 5 posts = users
after 50 posts = activeuser

but I want to remove the user from the previous group.

Hmm, if the groups aren't showing up such as User, we probably need to take a peek at your groups table. Can you open up a basic support ticket with admin info to your forum?
