Am I missing a feature where I can select many different foruns and set the permission to ALL of then? I'm doing one by one, on the new version7.3, and it's taking forever...

7.4 will have a mass permission copy tool. Where you can take the permissions from one forum and copy them to multiple forums.
There isn't a way to show all forums and all groups. Currently you either need to them one forum at a time, or go to the group management screen and select the Forum link on the group you want to work with. From there you can manage the permissions for all forums on the same screen for that particular group.
