Any likelihood of a User Manual of sorts for newbies explaining different features for people who are new to running forums and their functioning.

P.S: it might save you folks time in terms of replying to simple queries which could be detailed in the manual, or is it something which would be too time consuming for it to get off the ground....

laugh Welcome your feed back....

^ sorry I assumed the above was a support issue.

Please let me know if it is not a support issue and needs to be raised else where, since I am new and not very good with finding my way around.

thanking in advance.

Let me start with I just purchased a gold license.
I have had regular membership here since around 1999-2000.
One of the many reasons is the support from Rick and many other users here.
Recently I had a problem with my ISP that had blocked emails from this site.
It did take a few tries to figure it out due to the mail server here uses a different IP but Rick finally resolved it.
Thank you again Rick.
I am committed to UBBthreads forever as far as I am concerned.

Does anybody know how the UBB classic 6.7.0 records the thread times? Is it generated by the users PC, or from the server that the site is using?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks

I'm pretty sure it just grabs the unix time as displayed on the server then offsets it based on what timezone the user indicated they're in when it loads
