In 7.4 "Active Topics" I am finding that my user name (Administrator) is being listed as the author of another user's post. It happens occasionally for some (not all) posts from users we have in full moderation mode. When you click to the post the correct user name is displayed. FWIW I am not the one approving such posts (generally the moderators get to it first).

Hmm, when you notice this again can you give me a link to it? I've tried to duplicate this but so far haven't been able to.
