I was recently made an admin of a forum that runs UBB version 6.2.1.1 & was wondering the URL link to the administrator control panel.

That looks like a UBB.classic version number. So the front end probably looks something like ....cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi The control panel would be changing the ultimatebb.cgi to cp.cgi
