#219030 - 11/10/08 04:05 PM [FIXED for 7.4.2] 7.4 & 7.4.1 - File not found: scripts/show.inc.php

7.4 & 7.4.1 - As a user who is not logged in go to "Who's Online". In the right column click on the link for a specific thread. You get "File not found: scripts/show.inc.php" together with the login page. I have not figured out if a non-logged-in user should be able to click through to an actual thread based upon the permissions for non-logged-in users BUT he really should not be getting a "File not found" type message (and there is no /scripts/show.inc.php).

Oh okay If I select who's on line and scroll down to the guests online section there is a problem.
Seems like it adds /ubb/show/ in the url path and it should only be /topics/. Which does not seem to be correct.
Spider section also has this path but not registered users.
If you had the wrong path in the control panel I would think all the url links would be incorrect.
Also Show.inc.php does not seem to be part of UBBthreads. Can't find it in my install.

Maybe RICK can answer this one.

Okay I am having the same problem with 7.4.1 even though it is in the fixed bugs forum.

If you select the who's online details and select any guest or spider. Then follow what they are looking at.
The url for the forum works okay but not for the topic. You get the ubb message above the login form "File not found: scripts/show.inc.php "
The url appended for the error is ubb=show
When loggedin the appended url is ubb=showflat and that works.

It works okay here at ubbcentral but not at my site.
Rick did we miss a file update in the members area?
