Sometimes i get the following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 738415 bytes) in /data/vhosts/domain/forum/libs/ubbthreads.inc.php on line 916

ubbthreads.inc.php
916:
$ubb_debug .= @sprintf('<b>Error #%s:</b> %s<br />', $code, $error);

It only happens once a day, sometimes twice.

In php.ini file specified maximum allowed allocation is 32Mb but the requested allocation is only 738Kb
This only happens when i open the forum root and when i came from another page. It never happens when i'm browsing the forum.

Any ideas?

This means that the request went OVER BY that amount, so you need to increase it to 34mb to cover the request itself.
