Any ideas why a shout box would lose shouts?

Tonight I noticed all the shouts were gone except for one older one. As soon as I added a new one the old one went away.

It seems to be working ok, but does anyone have any idea what could have happened?

Just found out one of the Mods deleted them accidentally.
