I have a user reporting that he can't see new PMs in his inbox after 1/31. He knows he's getting them, as he gets the email alerts.

I became the user, and I do see the new PMs.

I've asked him to clear his cookies using the board's clear cookies button, but that didn't work.

He's also having issues seeing new posts in forums.

Any ideas? Maybe the date & time is off on his computer?

I had him check the date & time on his computer and they are correct.

The other issue is that when he creates new posts, he does not see them in the forum. However, if he goes into his profile and looks at his posting history, he does see his posts.

That's an odd one. What I'd have him do is create a new test account and do some testing with the new account to see if it happens on the test account as well.
