[FIXED for 7.5.2] Image tags broken

It appears that the [img] tag is broken for both signatures and post insertions on my board 7.5.1. And it is broken here too, at least for post/reply images.

For example,

Have this fixed for the actual 7.5.1 release.

However, existing posts that contain the links are still working, it looks like it's just new posts that aren't.

the whole URL parsing has taken a step backwards.. also other tag handling too..

i went back to my modified 7.3.1-SD version of bbcode.inc.php for now..

Grumble, grumble. All of this from trying to fix this bug.

You can actually use a 7.5 version of the libs/bbcode.inc.php file for now if you still have one on hand. The only changes were to fix that issue.
