It means exactly that. That there is one spider crawling your site to index the site.
If you look in Control Panel � Display Options-Who's Online
Search Engine Agents
You will see some predefined agents. This will allow you to name the spiders so they will appear as say MSN,Google,Yahoo. When you select the Who's Online details.
