I am running 7.4.2 and I have not played with the built in subscription area. However, I have been using a private section that they have to use Paypal to subscribe to access. If I understand correctly I still have to update the permissions for each member to the group. The problem I am having is Paypal dropping some of the cards after 4 to 6 months for no apparent reason. Just looking for any examples of anyone who has started using the subscription area with success. Also are there any plans to be able to use a different payment method besides Paypal. I have a couple merchant accounts but I don't think either are compatible.

If you use the built in subscription feature, then you don't need to manually add/remove from those groups, it will be handled by the software itself.

We do plan on expanding the feature to include other payment methods as well at some point.

Good to hear. So is Paypal fully intergrated into the software already?
